Welcome to Teddy's page! Affectionately we refer to Teddy as our little Teddy Bear. He is pure for sable with a very vibrant red coat. OFA Good, 14 3/4 inches tall, proven, this little guy makes a wonderful addition to our family and my pet therapy program. With his gentle nature and moderate size on his very first pet therapy visit to a local hospital I was able to place him on the bed of a child recovering from severe burns. The boy was thrilled as he fed Teddy Cheerios one at a time. Teddy is a lover in every sense of the word. Always ready to play or cuddle he "truely" is 'my little Teddy bear'! Teddy earned his agility titles quickly and all of his qualifying scores have been '"in the ribbons". Together we also were blessed with Teddy's being awarded our first UKC Best In Multibreed Show along with completion of his Therapy Dog International Active Outstanding Volunteer (TDIAOV) title. However, our crowning accomplishment was finishing his AKC Championship on October 31, 2003. All titles are owner handled too! He is a joy to show and my best buddy. On May 9, 2005 Teddy finished his rally-o novice title in 3 straight trials and scores in the 90s. Together we had fun. Visit Legends shelties to see Teddy's parents. Stop by Enthralling shelties to see Teddy's daughter Lanie. Also stop by Travis's page to see Teddy's son. Both are well on their way to following in their dad's footsteps.
